Gregory and Rosanne Dully have over 20 years of experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry, starting out in Point Pleasant Beach, New Jersey, and making their way down to the beautiful Florida Keys!

Their ability to assist in buying or selling a client’s commercial property or business for the best price possible is unsurpassed! Using unique marketing strategies brought over from a Fortune 500 “Corporate America” as well as their marketing, sales, and IT background, Greg and Rosanne have proven time and time again to be unbelievably effective in what they do best: sell real estate. They can look at the totality of a piece of real estate and advise buyers on the likely income and expenses they can expect from that location, and how it might help them achieve their financial goals. They’ve built that business through a mix of financial and market expertise, professionalism, and long-term relationships. Roughly 50 percent of the buyers they work with are investors who have some connection to the Keys — maybe they fish and boat here, own a second home or have multiple businesses. The other 50 percent of their investors come from all over the United States and abroad. As a result of those past relationships, they have grown their commercial database of investors and owner-operators to over 7,000 qualified people!

They use the terms ‘clients’ and ‘friends’ interchangeably; each client is treated as you would treat a long-time friend: with warmth, respect, honesty, and professionalism. Greg and Rosanne’s love for boating is one of the main reasons for moving to the Keys. As avid boaters, they know firsthand how the waters around the Keys drive business on land.

Greg serves as a Deacon and a member of the Board of Directors at First Baptist Church of Islamorada. In addition, Greg also loves to serve his local community and was elected as Chairman of the Land Acquisition Committee, as well as appointed by the Mayor to serve as a member of the Affordable / Workforce Housing Committee for the Village of Islamorada.

Rosanne also loves to serve the community and others as well. Rosanne is very involved with the church’s community outreach programs, which provide clothing and food to the underserved in the Upper Keys, as well as being very active with the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce.

Greg and Rosanne have 4 adult children and 4 grandchildren. Their youngest son, Stephen Dully, serves as a Deputy for the Monroe County Sherriff’s Department. Their middle son, Brandon Dully, serves as a Deputy for the Polk County, FL Sherriff’s Department. Their oldest son, Patrick Dully, works as a construction manager in Orlando, FL, and their daughter, Jessica Dully, is a fulltime mom and resides in Orlando, FL.
